SECTION 39.704. Exemptions from judicial review.

1Judicial review does not apply to:
7(1) 8Minors who have been placed in adoptive homes by a licensed child-placing agency; or
22(2) 23Minors who are refugees or entrants to whom federal regulations apply and who are in the care of a social service agency.
