SECTION 388.351. Transfer of equipment, personnel, and supplies during an emergency.

1The department, upon notifying a county or district and obtaining its approval, is authorized to transfer equipment, materials, and personnel from one district to another in the event of an emergency brought about by an arthropod-borne epidemic or other disaster requiring emergency control.
