SECTION 388.121. District boards of commissioners; organization.

1As soon as practicable after such commissioners have been elected and qualified, they shall meet and organize by the election from among their number of a chair, a secretary and a treasurer. Two members of the board shall constitute a quorum. The vote of two members shall be necessary to transact business.
