SECTION 386.051. Nuisances injurious to health, penalty.

1Any person found guilty of creating, keeping, or maintaining a nuisance injurious to health shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 30775.082 31or s. 33775.08334.
