SECTION 383.327. Birth and death records; reports.

1(1) 2A completed certificate of birth shall be filed with the local registrar within 5 days of each birth in accordance with chapter 382.
25(2) 26Each maternal death, newborn death, and stillbirth shall be reported immediately to the medical examiner and the agency.
44(3) 45The licensee shall comply with all requirements of this chapter and rules promulgated hereunder.
59(4) 60A report shall be submitted to the agency. The contents of the report and the frequency at which it is submitted shall be prescribed by rule of the agency.
