SECTION 383.315. Agreements with consultants for advice or services; maintenance.

1(1) 2A birth center shall maintain in writing a consultation agreement, signed within the current license period, with each consultant who has agreed to provide advice and services to the birth center as requested.
35(2) 36Consultation may be provided onsite or by telephone, as required by clinical and geographic conditions.
