SECTION 383.305. Licensure; fees.

1(1) 2In accordance with s. 6408.805, 7an applicant or a licensee shall pay a fee for each license application submitted under ss. 23383.3024-25383.332 26and part II of chapter 408. The amount of the fee shall be established by rule.
42(2) 43Each applicant for licensure and each licensee must comply with the requirements of this chapter and part II of chapter 408.
