SECTION 383.014. Perinatal mental health care.

1By January 1, 2019, the Department of Health shall offer perinatal mental health care information through the Family Health Line toll-free hotline, accessible to the general public, which:
29(1) 30Provides basic information on postpartum depression;
36(2) 37May recommend that a caller be further evaluated by a qualified health care provider; and
52(3) 53May refer a caller to an appropriate health care provider in the caller’s local area.
