- 1(1) 2That portion of a meeting of a peer review panel in which applications for biomedical research grants under s. 21215.5602 22or s. 24381.922 25are discussed is exempt from s. 31286.011 32and s. 24(b), Art. I of the State Constitution.41(2) 42Any records generated by the peer review panel relating to review of applications for biomedical research grants, except final recommendations, are confidential and exempt from s. 68119.07(1) 69and s. 24(a), Art.
