SECTION 381.815. Sickle-cell program.

1The Department of Health shall, to the extent that resources are available:
13(1) 14Provide education to the citizens of Florida about sickle-cell disease.
24(2) 25Work cooperatively with not-for-profit centers to provide community-based education, patient teaching, and counseling and to encourage diagnostic screening.
43(3) 44Make grants or enter into contracts with not-for-profit centers.
