SECTION 381.0063. Drinking water funds.

1All fees and penalties received from suppliers of water pursuant to ss. 13403.860(5) 14and 15403.861(7)(a) 16shall be deposited in the appropriate County Health Department Trust Fund to be used by the department to pay the costs of expenditures required pursuant to ss. 43381.0062 44and 45403.862(1)(c)46.
