SECTION 380.25. Previous coastal zone atlases rejected.

1The legislative draft of the coastal management program submitted to the Legislature by the department dated March 1, 1978, and the previously prepared coastal zone atlases are expressly rejected as the state’s coastal management program. The department shall not divide areas of the state into vital, conservation, and development areas.
