SECTION 379.411. Intentional killing or wounding of any species designated as endangered, threatened, or of special concern; penalties.

- 1A person may not intentionally kill or wound any fish or wildlife species designated by the commission as endangered, threatened, or of special concern, or intentionally destroy the eggs or nest of any such fish or wildlife, unless authorized by rules of the commission. A person who violates this section commits a Level Four violation under s. 58379.40159.
