- 1(1) 2LICENSING AND ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.6-7For purposes of this act and the interstate Wildlife Violator Compact, the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is the licensing authority for the State of Florida and shall enforce the interstate Wildlife Violator Compact and shall do all things within the commission’s jurisdiction which are necessary to effectuate the purposes and the intent of the compact. The commission may execute a resolution of ratification to formalize the State of Florida’s entry into the compact. Upon adoption of the Wildlife Violator Compact, the commission may adopt rules to administer the provisions of the compact.100(2) 101ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW.103-104Any action committed or omitted by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission under or in the enforcement of the Wildlife Violator Compact created in s. 129379.2255 130is subject to review under chapter 120.
