SECTION 379.214. Invasive Plant Control Trust Fund.

1(1) 2The Invasive Plant Control Trust Fund shall be administered by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
18(2) 19Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of ss. 40206.606, 41328.76, 42369.20, 43369.22, 44369.252, 45and 46379.50247.
48(3) 49Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 54216.301 55and pursuant to s. 59216.351, 60any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
