SECTION 379.213. Save the Manatee Trust Fund.

1(1) 2The Save the Manatee Trust Fund shall be administered by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
18(2) 19Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of ss. 40320.08058, 41328.66, 42328.72, 43328.74, 44328.76, 45and 46379.243147. The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission may receive donations for deposit into the Save the Manatee Trust Fund.
66(3) 67Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 72216.301 73and pursuant to s. 77216.351, 78any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
