  SECTION 379.102. Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

  • 1(1) 2The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission shall consist of seven members who shall be appointed by the Governor, subject to confirmation by the Senate, for staggered terms of 5 years.
    32(2) 33Members so appointed shall annually select one of their members as chair. Such chair may be removed at any time for sufficient cause, by the affirmative vote of the majority of the members of the commission. In case the said office of chair becomes vacant by removal or otherwise, the same may be filled for the unexpired term at any time by the commission from its members.
    100(3) 101Commission members shall receive no compensation for their services as such, but shall be reimbursed for travel expenses as provided in s. 123112.061124.
