SECTION 376.322. Powers and duties of the department.

1The department shall have the power and duty to:
10(1) 11Contract with local governments as needed to perform any of its duties under ss. 25376.32026-27376.32628.
29(2) 30Establish a program to register tanks subject to the provisions of ss. 42376.32043-44376.32645.
46(3) 47Adopt rules to implement ss. 52376.32053-54376.32655.
56(4) 57Enforce the provisions of ss. 62376.32063-64376.326 65pursuant to the provisions of ss. 71403.121 72and 73403.16174.
75(5) 76Require that facilities covered by ss. 82376.32083-84376.326 85be subject to thorough and complete inspections at reasonable times. The provisions of s. 99403.091 100shall apply to such inspections.
