SECTION 373.044. Rules; enforcement; availability of personnel rules.

1The governing board of the district is authorized to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 15120.536(1) 16and 17120.54 18to implement the provisions of this chapter. Rules and orders may be enforced by mandatory injunction or other appropriate action in the courts of the state. Rules relating to personnel matters shall be made available to the public and affected persons at no more than cost but need not be published in the Florida Administrative Code or the Florida Administrative Register.
