SECTION 364.011. Exemptions from commission jurisdiction.

1The following services are exempt from oversight by the commission, except to the extent delineated in this chapter:
19(1) 20Intrastate interexchange telecommunications services.
24(2) 25Broadband services, regardless of the provider, platform, or protocol.
34(3) 35VoIP.
36(4) 37Wireless telecommunications, including commercial mobile radio service providers.
45(5) 46Basic service.
48(6) 49Nonbasic services or comparable services offered by any telecommunications company.
