SECTION 35.15. Decisions to be filed; copies to be furnished.

1All decisions and opinions delivered by the district courts of appeal or any judge thereof in relation to any action or proceeding pending in said court shall be filed and remain in the office of the clerk, and shall not be taken therefrom except by order of the court; but said clerk shall at all times be required to furnish to any person who may desire the same certified copies of such opinions and decisions, upon receiving his or her fees therefor.
