SECTION 339.176. Voting membership for M.P.O. with boundaries including certain counties.

1In addition to the voting membership established by s. 10339.175(3) 11and notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the voting membership of any Metropolitan Planning Organization whose geographical boundaries include any county as defined in s. 39125.011(1) 40must include an additional voting member appointed by that city’s governing body for each city with a population of 50,000 or more residents.
