SECTION 335.183. Permit application fee.

1The department shall establish, by rule, a graduated schedule of fees for permit applications made to the department. Such fees shall be nonrefundable and shall be used to offset the costs of administering the access permit review process and the costs associated with administering the provisions of this act. In no event shall a fee be more than $5,000.
