SECTION 335.06. Access roads to the state park system.

1Any road that provides access to property within the state park system shall be maintained by the department if the road is a part of the State Highway System and may be improved and maintained by the department if the road is part of a county road system or city street system. If the department does not maintain a county or city road that provides access to the state park system, the road shall be maintained by the appropriate county or municipality.
