SECTION 331.320. Additional powers of board.

1The board of directors may within any spaceport territory:
10(1) 11Adopt regulations to prohibit or control the pollution of air and water, and require certain location and placement of electrical power, telephone, and other utility lines, cables, pipes, and ducts.
41(2) 42Divide the spaceport territory into zones or districts of such number, shape, and area as the board may deem best suited to carry out the purposes of this act, and within and for each such district make regulations and restrictions as provided for in subsection (1).
