214(4) 215The department may maintain a film negative or print file. The department shall maintain a record of the digital image and signature of the licensees, together with other data required by the department for identification and retrieval. Reproductions from the file or digital record are exempt from the provisions of s. 266119.07(1) 267and may be made and issued only:274(a) 275For departmental administrative purposes;

338(e) 339To the Department of State pursuant to an interagency agreement to facilitate determinations of eligibility of voter registration applicants and registered voters in accordance with ss. 36598.045 366and 36798.075; 368(f) 369To the Department of Revenue pursuant to an interagency agreement for use in establishing paternity and establishing, modifying, or enforcing support obligations in Title IV-D cases;
395(g) 396To the Department of Children and Families pursuant to an interagency agreement to conduct protective investigations under part III of chapter 39 and chapter 415;

587(l) 588To district medical examiners pursuant to an interagency agreement for the purpose of identifying a deceased individual, determining cause of death, and notifying next of kin of any investigations, including autopsies and other laboratory examinations, authorized in s. 626406.11; 627(m) 628To the following persons for the purpose of identifying a person as part of the official work of a court:6481. 649A justice or judge of this state;
6562. 657An employee of the state courts system who works in a position that is designated in writing for access by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court or a chief judge of a district or circuit court, or by his or her designee; or

If the Agency for Health Care Administration enters into an agreement with a private entity to carry out duties relating to health care fraud prevention, such contracts shall include, but need not be limited to:7931. 794Provisions requiring internal controls and audit processes to identify access, use, and unauthorized access of information.
