SECTION 318.19. Infractions requiring a mandatory hearing.

1Any person cited for the infractions listed in this section shall not have the provisions of s. 18318.14(2), 19(4), and (9) available to him or her but must appear before the designated official at the time and location of the scheduled hearing:
43(1) 44Any infraction which results in a crash that causes the death of another;
57(2) 58Any infraction which results in a crash that causes “serious bodily injury” of another as defined in s. 76316.1933(1);
77(3) 78Any infraction of s. 82316.172(1)(b);
83(4) 84Any infraction of s. 88316.520(1) 89or (2); or
92(5) 93Any infraction of s. 97316.183(2), 98s. 99316.187, 100or s. 102316.189 103of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.
