SECTION 316.420. Stop lamps.

1Every motorcycle and motor-driven cycle shall be equipped with at least one stop lamp meeting the requirements of s. 20316.234(1)21. A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a nonmoving violation as provided in chapter 318.
