SECTION 316.1926. Additional offenses.

1(1) 2A person who violates the provisions of s. 10316.2085(2) 11or (3) shall be cited for a moving violation, punishable as provided in chapter 318.
26(2) 27A person who exceeds the speed limit in excess of 50 miles per hour or more in violation of s. 47316.183(2), 48s. 49316.187, 50or s. 52316.189 53shall be cited for a moving violation, punishable as provided in chapter 318.
