  SECTION 316.1923. Aggressive careless driving.

  • 1“Aggressive careless driving” means committing two or more of the following acts simultaneously or in succession:
    17(1) 18Exceeding the posted speed as defined in s. 26322.27(3)(d)527.b.
    28(2) 29Unsafely or improperly changing lanes as defined in s. 38316.08539.
    40(3) 41Following another vehicle too closely as defined in s. 50316.0895(1)51.
    52(4) 53Failing to yield the right-of-way as defined in s. 62316.079, 63s. 64316.0815, 65or s. 67316.12368.
    69(5) 70Improperly passing as defined in s. 76316.083, 77s. 78316.084, 79or s. 81316.08582.
    83(6) 84Violating traffic control and signal devices as defined in ss. 94316.074 95and 96316.07597.
