  SECTION 316.1576. Insufficient clearance at a railroad-highway grade crossing.

  • 1(1) 2A person may not drive any vehicle through a railroad-highway grade crossing that does not have sufficient space to drive completely through the crossing without stopping.
    28(2) 29A person may not drive any vehicle through a railroad-highway grade crossing that does not have sufficient undercarriage clearance to drive completely through the crossing without stopping.
    56(3) 57A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a moving violation as provided in chapter 318.
