SECTION 316.070. Exchange of information at scene of crash.

1The law enforcement officer at the scene of a crash required to be reported in accordance with the provisions of s. 22316.066 23shall instruct the driver of each vehicle involved in the crash to report the following to all other parties suffering injury or property damage as an apparent result of the crash:
54(1) 55The name and address of the owner and the driver of the vehicle.
68(2) 69The license number of the vehicle.
75(3) 76The name of the liability carrier for the vehicle.
