SECTION 316.0081. Request regarding traffic signals or other traffic control devices.

1To ensure the safe and efficient operation of this state’s roadways, a county or municipality must respond to a request by a county or municipality to which it provides, by agreement, traffic signal or traffic control device services within 60 days after receiving such a request regarding the evaluation, installation, operation, or maintenance of such traffic signals or other traffic control devices.
