SECTION 296.35. Nondiscrimination policy of the home.

- 1It is the policy of the state to admit residents into the home without regard to race, age, sex, creed, religion, national origin, or any other reason that would thereby create a practice of discrimination. However, consideration of an applicant’s veteran status shall not constitute discrimination.
