SECTION 295.124. State approving agency for veterans’ education and training.

1The Department of Veterans’ Affairs shall act as the state approving agency for purposes of veterans’ education and training, in accordance with 38 U.S.C. s. 1771 and the applicable annual contract between the state and the Federal Government.
