SECTION 290.00677. Rural enterprise zones; special qualifications.

1(1) 2Notwithstanding the enterprise zone residency requirements set out in s. 12212.096(1)(c), 13eligible businesses as defined in s. 19212.096(1)(a) 20located in rural enterprise zones as defined in s. 29290.004 30may receive the basic minimum credit provided under s. 39212.096 40for creating a new job and hiring a person residing within the jurisdiction of a rural community as defined in s. 61288.106(2)62. All other provisions of s. 68212.096, 69including, but not limited to, those relating to the award of enhanced credits, apply to such businesses.
86(2) 87Notwithstanding the enterprise zone residency requirements set out in s. 97220.03(1)(q), 98businesses as defined in s. 103220.03(1)(c) 104located in rural enterprise zones as defined in s. 113290.004 114may receive the basic minimum credit provided under s. 123220.181 124for creating a new job and hiring a person residing within the jurisdiction of a rural community as defined in s. 145288.106(2)146. All other provisions of s. 152220.181, 153including, but not limited to, those relating to the award of enhanced credits, apply to such businesses.
