SECTION 288.826. Florida International Trade and Promotion Trust Fund.

1There is hereby established in the State Treasury the Florida International Trade and Promotion Trust Fund. The moneys deposited into this trust fund shall be administered by the department for the operation of Enterprise Florida, Inc., and for the operation of Florida international offices under s. 47288.01248.
