SECTION 288.7094. Black business investment corporations.

1(1) 2The term “black business investment corporation” means a corporation that provides loans, loan guarantees, or investments to black business enterprises under s. 24288.710225.
26(2) 27A black business investment corporation that meets the requirements of s. 38288.7102(4) 39is eligible to participate in the Black Business Loan Program and shall receive priority consideration by the department for participation in the program.
