SECTION 284.35. Administrative personnel; expenses to be paid from fund.

1The Department of Financial Services is authorized, in accordance with current budget and personnel requirements, to employ necessary administrative and clerical personnel and actuarial consultants, as necessary to maintain, operate, and administer the fund. All salaries and expenses of administration and operation shall be paid from the fund.
