SECTION 282.706. Use of SUNCOM Network by libraries.

1The department may provide SUNCOM Network services to any library in the state, including libraries in public schools, community colleges, state universities, and nonprofit private postsecondary educational institutions, and libraries owned and operated by municipalities and political subdivisions. This section may not be construed to require a state university library to use SUNCOM Network services.
