1The Department of Management Services is specifically authorized to purchase, sell, trade, rent, lease, and maintain all necessary equipment, motor vehicles, communication systems, housing facilities, and office space, and perform any other acts necessary for the proper administration of ss. 41281.0242-43281.08, 44pursuant to part I of chapter 287.
