58(1) 59The contractor or supplier must meet the following conditions:68(a) 69The contractor or supplier must be a not-for-profit corporation incorporated under chapter 617 and in good standing.
86(b) 87The contractor or supplier must hold exempt status under s. 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code, as an organization described in s. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
115(c) 116For youth organizations, the corporate charter of the contractor or supplier must state that the corporation is organized as a charitable not-for-profit organization exclusively for at-risk youths enrolled in a work-study program.
148(d) 149Administrative salaries and benefits for any such corporation shall not exceed 15 percent of gross revenues. Field supervisors shall not be considered administrative overhead.
173(2) 174The contract, if approved by authorized agency personnel of the state, the governing body of a political subdivision, or the public-private partnership, as appropriate, must provide at a minimum that:204(a) 205For youth organizations, labor shall be performed exclusively by at-risk youth and their direct supervisors; and shall not be subject to subcontracting.
227(b) 228For the preservation, maintenance, and improvement of park land, the property must be at least 20 acres with contiguous public facilities that are capable of seating at least 5,000 people in a permanent structure.
263(c) 264For public education buildings, the building must be at least 90,000 square feet.
278(d) 279Payment must be production-based.
283(e) 284The contract will terminate should the contractor or supplier no longer qualify under subsection (1).
299(f) 300The supplier or contractor has instituted a drug-free workplace program substantially in compliance with the provisions of s. 318287.087319. 320(g) 321The contractor or supplier agrees to be subject to review and audit at the discretion of the Auditor General in order to ensure that the contractor or supplier has complied with this section.
