SECTION 253.44. Disposal of lands received.

Latest version.

1All lands conveyed to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, pursuant to ss. 18253.42, 19253.43, 20253.44, 21or ratified by s. 25253.43, 26shall be held and disposed of by said board, pursuant to the laws of the state affecting said Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, and acts amendatory thereto.
