  SECTION 253.36. Title to reclaimed marshlands, wetlands, or lowlands in board of trustees.

  • 1The title to all marsh, wet or lowlands as have become permanently reclaimed, title to which is in the state, is vested in the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund to be held by the state and disposed of, as provided in this chapter.
