SECTION 253.111. Riparian owners of land.

1(1) 2If a riparian owner exists with respect to any land to be sold by the board of trustees, such riparian owner shall have a right to secure such land, provided that such riparian owner shall be required to pay for such land upon such prices, terms, and conditions as determined by the board of trustees. Such riparian owner may waive this right.
64(2) 65This section does not apply to:
71(a) 72Any land exchange approved by the board of trustees;
81(b) 82The conveyance of any lands located within the Everglades Agricultural Area; or
94(c) 95Lands managed pursuant to ss. 100253.781101-102253.785103.
