SECTION 250.05. Department of Military Affairs.

1(1) 2The agency of the state government heretofore known as the Military Department shall henceforth be known as the Department of Military Affairs, which shall be organized as provided in the laws of this state.
36(2) 37“Military personnel of the Department of Military Affairs” includes any person who is required to wear a military uniform in performing his or her official duties and who is required to serve in the Florida National Guard as a condition of his or her employment by the department.
85(3) 86The head of the Department of Military Affairs is the Adjutant General.
