SECTION 24.117. Unlawful sale of lottery tickets; penalty.

1Any person who knowingly:
5(1) 6Sells a state lottery ticket when not authorized by the department or this act to engage in such sale;
25(2) 26Sells a state lottery ticket to a minor; or
35(3) 36Sells a state lottery ticket at any price other than that established by the department;
51is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 65775.082 66or s. 68775.08369.
