SECTION 218.504. Cessation of state action.

1The Governor or the Commissioner of Education, as appropriate, has the authority to terminate all state actions pursuant to ss. 21218.5022-23218.50424. Cessation of state action must not occur until the Governor or the Commissioner of Education, as appropriate, has determined that:
45(1) 46The local governmental entity, charter school, charter technical career center, or district school board:
60(a) 61Has established and is operating an effective financial accounting and reporting system.
73(b) 74Has resolved the conditions outlined in s. 81218.503(1)82.
83(2) 84None of the conditions outlined in s. 91218.503(1) 92exists.
