SECTION 218.215. Revenue sharing trust funds; creation and distribution.

1(1) 2The Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties is hereby created. All revenue designated for deposit in such fund shall be deposited by the appropriate agency. The distribution to the several counties shall be made monthly as provided in ss. 41218.23 42and 43218.2644. 45(2) 46The Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities is hereby created. All revenue designated for deposit in such fund shall be deposited by the appropriate agency. The distribution to the several municipalities shall be made monthly as provided in ss. 85218.23 86and 87218.2688.
