  SECTION 216.121. Information to be furnished to the Executive Office of the Governor.

  • 1Each state agency, upon request, shall promptly furnish to the Executive Office of the Governor any information in relation to the affairs or activities of such agency in such form as the office may prescribe. The office shall have authority to examine and inspect any and all records and programs of any such state agency.
